Hello! I’m stoked you’re here. My name is Josh, and visual storytelling is ingrained deeply within every fiber of my being. My journey in the world of visual storytelling began when I was just a kid. My dad was an award-winning television producer, and while most kids were playing with toy cars and Nerf guns, I was busy playing with cameras and engineering special effects alongside him. My first professional role in the creative space was in broadcast television, where I honed my skills in capturing compelling narratives and engaging audiences. This experience taught me the power of imagery and how it can bring stories to life.
From there, I had the MAGICAL opportunity to work as a photographer for the Walt Disney Company. Immersing myself in that vibrant environment, I learned to blend creativity with professionalism, capturing the magic that inspires people of all ages. After my time at Disney, I embraced the freelance life, collaborating with a wide range of clients and companies. This journey has allowed me to refine my craft and adapt my approach to suit different brands and styles, all while keeping a focus on creating high-quality, impactful imagery.
In 2022, my wife, daughter, and I made the cross-country move from Phoenix, Arizona, where I was born and raised, to the beautiful state of Tennessee. Embracing this new chapter has been an exciting adventure filled with stunning landscapes and vibrant communities. We’ve enjoyed exploring the rich culture and history of Tennessee, from the lively music scene to the breathtaking Great Smoky Mountains. This move has not only brought us closer to nature and helped us escape the oven, but also inspired my photography in ways I never imagined.
